Rolling Thunder River Co.

Rolling Thunder River Company was established in 1977 and provides Ocoee River rafting in Tennessee (the host of the whitewater events of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games), and whitewater rafting trips on the Nantahala (in North Carolina) and Toccoa (in Georgia) rivers.

Half -day or full-day Ocoee River rafting trips are available for both Middle Section (with class 3 and class 4 rapids) and Upper Section (with slightly more intense rapids) of the river, with a guide in every raft.

Rafting on Nantahala River is ideal for beginners and families with younger children. Trips available 7 days a week, from April until October.
