Terms

The guidelines specified further apply to all types of website listings:
-We reserve the right to edit website titles, descriptions and selected categories and subcategories to the best fit for your website
-only one link per URL will be accepted;
-only your main URL will be accepted; we do not accept subdomains or directories of your website;
-only one link request per submission will be accepted;
-your website must be live (not accepted: websites under construction, websites with broken links, websites hosted on deficient servers etc.);
-your website may not be accepted if it contains excessive pop-ups, hidden text, or if your website is a copy of another website, if your website is not submitted with a proper description in English, if your website redirects visitors to another site etc.;
-do not use ALL CAPS;
-do not use in your website title / website description promotional words such as “best”, “greatest”, etc.;
-include your keywords only in the specified fields;
-do not submit to top level categories if your website does not refer to them; we will manually review your submission and will edit it, if necessary;
-do not submit “bad neighborhood”-related websites, or website with content or links that might be considered offensive;
-We reserve the right to reject any listing request, if we find it violates the Terms and Conditions of the Site;
-We reserve the right to remove any website from our directory (without a prior notification and any compensation), if we find it no-longer meets our guidelines.

All listing requests are subject to a manual verification and approval process, which means they will be reviewed for possible inclusion in our directory.

There is an upfront and non-refundable review fee that applies to every Standard Listing and Featured Listing request. The user that requests a Standard Listing or a Featured Listing understands that the review process is a paid service but the payment does not guarantee that: (1) the listing request is accepted, and (2) if accepted, the listing will have the title, description and placement requested by the user. The review fee will not be refunded in any circumstances at all. We will not accept any request to move or replace your listing with another one. To avoid rejection of your request, please take the time to perform a thorough analysis of your website and make sure that: (a) it is suitable to be included, and (b) it meets our submission guidelines and the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

All deal listing requests are subject to a manual verification and approval process, which means they will be reviewed for possible inclusion in our Site.

Although all the travel deal listing requests are subject to review for possible inclusion on the Site, this service will be free of charge if the user submits a Free Travel Deal listing request.

If the user wants to submit a travel deal that he/she thinks it deserves to have a top placement, then the review of such request will require our editors’ special attention and the user will be charged a non-refundable fee. The payment of the review fee does not guarantee, however, that: (1) the travel deal will be published, and (2) if published, the deal will have the title, description and placement requested by the user. Our editors will determine if the deal deserves to be listed as Special Deal or it will be listed as a Free Deal (the deal may also not be listed at all if does not meet our guidelines). The review fee will not be refunded in any circumstances at all and We will not accept any request to move or replace your deal with another one.
